Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SignalPack, including the website, account features, source-backed AI generation workflows, audio uploads, credits, checkout, and related services.

Using SignalPack

  • SignalPack helps users turn podcast transcripts, audio files, and related source material into blog posts, show notes, newsletters, social posts, SEO assets, and source-backed drafts.
  • You are responsible for the source material you submit and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to process and reuse it.
  • You must not use SignalPack to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

Accounts

  • Some features require Google sign-in so credits, jobs, billing events, and account history can be associated with your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your SignalPack account.

Credits and billing

  • SignalPack may provide free trial credits for testing fit. Transcript-to-blog currently uses 1 credit, and audio-to-blog currently uses 2 credits.
  • Paid credit packs are one-time purchases unless a checkout page explicitly says otherwise.
  • Credits are intended for use inside SignalPack and have no cash value. We may change credit pricing, included features, or usage costs for future purchases.
  • Payment processing is handled by Creem. Refunds, failed payments, taxes, and payment disputes may depend on the payment provider and applicable law.

AI-generated output

  • AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions, formatting issues, or inaccurate interpretations of source material.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving generated content before publishing or relying on it.
  • SignalPack does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.

Your content

  • You retain ownership of the source material you submit and the generated drafts produced for you, subject to any rights held by others in the original material.
  • You grant SignalPack the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and transform your content to provide and improve the service.

Service availability

  • SignalPack may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
  • AI providers, transcription providers, storage providers, payment processors, and hosting platforms may affect availability, speed, or output quality.

Limitation of liability

  • SignalPack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or publication decisions based on generated output.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms as SignalPack changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SignalPack.
