Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SignalPack collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SignalPack website, account features, AI generation workflows, audio upload flow, credits, and billing features.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your email address and basic Google profile details when you choose to sign in.
  • Content you provide, such as podcast transcripts, audio files, episode titles, audience notes, tone preferences, and optional calls to action.
  • Generated content packs, job status, credit balance, credit ledger events, and billing-related metadata needed to operate the service.
  • Usage and analytics data, such as page views, selected input mode, generation events, copy actions, and basic technical information from your browser.

How we use information

  • To generate source-backed blog posts, show notes, newsletters, social posts, SEO assets, and related content from your source material.
  • To provide account login, trial credits, paid credit packs, credit reservations, refunds, and abuse prevention.
  • To improve product quality, reliability, performance, SEO content, and user experience.
  • To respond to support, security, payment, or legal requests.

AI processing and source material

  • SignalPack sends your submitted source material to the configured AI and transcription providers so the requested output can be generated.
  • Uploaded audio files are stored privately for processing and are deleted after processing is complete or fails when cleanup is available.
  • Generated drafts are private to your workflow. SignalPack does not publish your submitted source material or generated drafts as public examples without permission.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by Creem. SignalPack receives payment event metadata needed to grant credits, reconcile purchases, and prevent duplicate credit grants.
  • SignalPack does not store full payment card numbers.

Cookies and local storage

  • SignalPack uses cookies for login sessions and local storage for an anonymous browser client id used to issue trial credits and link jobs to your browser.
  • Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure product usage and site performance.

Retention and deletion

  • We retain account records, content jobs, generated results, credit ledger rows, and payment metadata for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
  • You may request deletion of your account data and submitted content. Some payment, security, or accounting records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Security

  • We use server-side environment variables for sensitive API keys, private storage for uploaded audio, and signed or server-side requests where appropriate.
  • No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect user data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Changes

  • We may update this Privacy Policy as SignalPack changes. The effective date below shows when this page was last updated.

For privacy requests, contact SignalPack at support@signalpack.app. We may need to verify your account before acting on deletion or access requests.
